Yea it is quite intriguing how many diets "accidentally" comply with certain other diets' rules. Like low fat highly likely being low-PUFA, veganism being totally orthogonal to both fructose and PUFA, but in certain strains they are super low in both ("WFPB"), carnivore and the whole animal fats thing (beef vs. chicken/pork)..
I guess there are only so many levers in terms of real food, and nobody can really eat a lab-created diet of individual components to circumvent the "real foods." I'm autistic enough to eat the same meal every day for 2 years in a row, and even I could barely do 2 weeks of "protein powder only" instead of meat. It's just disgusting and not at all satisfying in many ways. We're not lab mice, lol.
