Holy shit, per day? I think I might've eaten 1000g in the last decade. Seems to be about 50g of fructose, so maybe that's a bit much? A lot of people report better results with glucose (starch) rather than fructose/sucrose (which is half fructose/glucose). You might be one of those people.

I really like fruit and I’ve always eaten a lot of it. Persians tend to eat a lot fruit in general culturally too. Could be very possible.
